Contacts
The Contacts section is the management center for your customer base in Platica. Every person who interacts with your business through any channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, or Web Chat) automatically becomes a contact.
Here you can view, organize, and enrich all of your customers' information from a CRM-style interface, with search tools, smart segmentation, and bulk actions.
How to access it
- Go to the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click the Contacts icon.
- You'll see the full list of contacts in your workspace.
What can you do?
This guide is organized into the following sections that cover every feature of the Contacts section:
Contact List — Explore your full database in an interactive table. Search by name, phone, or email, navigate between pages, and edit information directly from the table.
Custom Views — Create and manage saved views of your table with specific column and filter configurations for each workflow.
Contacts Assistant — Use AI to segment your customer base with natural language. Find satisfied customers, hot leads, or people with complaints in seconds.
Create Contact — Manually add new contacts with all their information: name, phone, owner, tags, and personal data.
Import and Export — Upload contacts in bulk from CSV, XLSX, or JSON files. Download your full database or specific segments.
Columns and Filters — Customize which columns you see, in what order, and apply advanced filters by platform, tags, or owner.
Bulk Actions — Select multiple contacts to apply or remove tags, download, or delete in batch.
