Chat History
The left side panel of the Chats section keeps the full history of every conversation you've had with AI agents. From here you can pick up any previous chat, search for specific conversations, and sort your history.
Temporal Organization
Your chats are automatically grouped by date:
- TODAY — Conversations started or active on the current day
- PREVIOUS — All previous conversations
Each chat is identified by its title, which is automatically generated by the AI based on the content of the conversation. For example: "Supported Channels (Wha...)," "Product Information," "Product Demo."
Chat titles are generated automatically and cannot be renamed manually. The AI picks a descriptive title based on the main topic of the conversation.
Sort the History
The calendar icon next to the search field lets you flip the chronological order of your chats:

| Most recent first (default) | "TODAY" appears at the top, "PREVIOUS" below |
| Oldest first | "PREVIOUS" appears at the top, "TODAY" below |
Click the icon to toggle between the two orders. This is useful when you need to find an old conversation without scrolling all the way to the end of the list.
Search Chats
The "Search..." field at the top of the side panel lets you find specific conversations by filtering by chat title.
As you type, the list filters in real time and only shows chats that match your search.
Pick Up a Conversation
To return to a previous chat, simply click it from the history list. The conversation will open exactly where you left off, with all the context and previous messages available.
If the list is very long, click "See more →" at the bottom to load older chats.
Using the history is great for picking up agent tests you left pending, or for reviewing previous responses and comparing them after making adjustments to the agent.
