Chats

Chats is an internal interface that lets you talk directly with your AI agents from inside the Platica platform. Think of it as your private channel of communication with your business's artificial intelligence.

Unlike the Inbox — where real customer conversations land — Chats is an exclusive space for your team where you can test agents, run internal queries, and experiment with different configurations without affecting any customer.


How to access it

  1. Go to the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Look for the "Chats" section below the main options.
  3. Click "+ New Chat" to start a conversation, or pick an existing chat from the list.

What is Chats for?

Chats has multiple uses in your day-to-day operation:

  • Test agents: Before connecting an agent to WhatsApp or any channel, you can test it here to verify it's replying correctly.
  • Internal queries: Ask your agents about information on your business, products, or services without having to open a customer conversation.
  • Research: Use your agents as research assistants to get quick information about any topic related to your business.
  • Experiment: Try different messages and scenarios to understand how your agent reacts to different situations.

  2. Conversation — Master the chat interface: send messages, attach files, switch agents, and use the available tools.

  3. History — Browse past conversations, search previous chats, and manage the order of your history.
