Contact List
The contacts table is your main view for exploring your entire customer base. From here you can search, sort, filter, and edit contact information without having to open each profile individually.
The Main Table
When you enter the Contacts section, you'll see a table with the following default columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Contact's name with colored avatar and initials |
| Phone | Phone number with country code |
| Contact's email address | |
| Platform | Channel of origin (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, Platica) |
| Tags | Tags assigned to the contact (automatic or manual) |
| Creation Date | When the contact was first registered |
| Owner | Team member assigned to this contact |
Visible columns and their order are fully customizable. Check out the Columns and Filters section to learn how to configure them.
Search Bar
At the top you'll find the "Search contacts..." field that lets you locate customers instantly.
You can search by:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
Results filter in real time as you type, showing only the contacts that match your search.
Quick Inline Editing
You don't need to open a contact's full profile to update their info. The table supports direct editing: just click any field in the table and modify it on the spot.
You can edit every field directly from the table, including:
- Name, Phone, Email
- Tags (add or remove tags directly)
- Owner
- Custom fields
- Creation Date
The only field that isn't editable from the table is Platform, since this is assigned automatically based on the channel the contact came through.
Inline editing of tags is especially useful for categorizing contacts quickly without opening each individual profile.
Pagination
At the bottom of the table you'll find the navigation controls:
- Quantity selector: Pick how many contacts to show per page (e.g., 24 by default)
- Total indicator: Shows how many contacts you have in total (e.g., "Showing 24 of 2,707")
- Page navigation: Use the arrows or page numbers to move between blocks of results
Custom Views
You can save column and filter configurations as views to quickly access different perspectives of your contact base with a single click. See the full guide in Custom Views .
