Columns and Filters
The Contacts section lets you fully customize how you view your database. Configure which columns appear, in what order, and apply filters to find exactly what you need.
Column Configuration
Click the columns icon (☰) in the toolbar to open the configuration panel.
Table Columns
The left panel shows the currently visible columns. Drag to reorder them as you prefer. The order they appear in here is the order shown in the table.
Available Columns
The right panel shows every column you can turn on or off:
Base columns:
| Column | Type | Active by default |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Text | ✅ |
| First name | Text | — |
| Last name | Text | — |
| Phone | Phone | ✅ |
| ✅ | ||
| Platform | Platform | ✅ |
| Tags | Tags | ✅ |
| Owner | Owners | ✅ |
| Creation date | Date | ✅ |
In addition to the base columns, the custom fields you've configured for your workspace will also appear.
Customize the columns based on the user's role. A sales team might need to see "Tags" and "Owner," while a support team might prioritize "Platform" and "Creation date."
Filters
Click the filters icon (funnel), in the toolbar at the top right, to open the side panel.
How to apply filters
You have two ways to filter contacts from this panel:
- Quick selection: Just click any tag, platform, or owner directly in the panel's lists. When you select them, they're automatically applied as filters.
- Advanced filters: At the top of the panel, the "+ Add filter" button lets you create combined logical conditions on any field in the contact card.
Platform Filter
Filter contacts by the communication channel they registered through. Each platform shows the number of contacts in parentheses:
- Platica — Contacts from the web chat or created manually
- Facebook — Contacts from Facebook Messenger
- WhatsApp — Contacts from WhatsApp Business
- Email — Contacts registered by email
- Instagram — Contacts from Instagram Direct
Tag Filter
Search and select tags to filter contacts that have them assigned. Each tag shows how many contacts have it:
Examples: AI Agent Creation (736), AI Question Resolution (289), Requested Demo (169), Qualified Lead (148)
Click "Show more +" to see every available tag.
Owner Filter
Filter contacts by the team member assigned to them. Useful so each operator sees only their customers.
Filters combine with each other. If you select the "WhatsApp" platform and the "Qualified Lead" tag, you'll only see contacts that meet both conditions. You can save this combination as a Custom View to access it quickly.
