Dashboard
The Dashboard is the home screen and the analytical core of Platica. Here you get a 360-degree view of your agents' performance, the volume of interactions, and the health of your communication channels in real time.
Metrics at a Glance
To make informed decisions, the dashboard centralizes your account's key indicators (KPIs). These metrics let you understand the impact and efficiency of your AI agents.
| Indicator | Description and Use |
|---|---|
| Messages used | Shows the total number of messages consumed from your current plan. Crucial for keeping track of your monthly quota. |
| Total conversations | Shows the total number of interactions users have had with your agents in the selected period. Measures your bot's activity volume. |
| Assistance requests | Represents the number of times an AI agent has needed to hand the conversation over to a human. A low number indicates strong AI performance. |
| Autonomy rate | The percentage of conversations handled entirely by AI without human intervention. A 100% rate means the agent resolved every inquiry on its own. |
Panel Layout
The dashboard is divided into strategic sections to make navigation and in-depth data analysis easier.
Conversation History — This line chart lets you visualize activity peaks over time. In the example, you can see a notable spike in conversations around January 4.
Conversation Topics — In the right column, you'll find a list of the most recurring topics. This lets you quickly identify your users' needs.
Period Filter — In the top right corner, you can pick the date range you want to analyze (for example, "CURRENT MONTH") to get specific metrics for that span.
Pro Tip: Watch the correlation between your Autonomy rate and your Assistance requests. If your autonomy rate is high and your assistance requests are low (like the 100% and 0 in the example), it means your agent is trained efficiently. If the rate drops, review the conversations that required human assistance to retrain your AI.
