Bulk Actions
Bulk actions let you manage multiple contacts at once from the main list. Instead of editing each contact one by one, you can select dozens, hundreds, or even all of your contacts and run an action on the entire group.
Select Contacts
Individual Selection
Check the checkbox to the left of each contact you want to include in the action.
Page Selection
Check the header checkbox to select every contact visible on the current page.
Total Selection
When you check the header checkbox, a link will appear to select every contact in your database (for example, "all 2,707 contacts"). This applies the action across your full base, not just the visible page.
Once selected, you'll see the "X selected" indicator in the top bar and the "Actions (N)" button will appear.
Available Actions
Click the "Actions (N)" button to open the bulk actions menu:

| Add tag | Applies one or more tags to every selected contact |
| Remove tag | Removes a specific tag from every selected contact |
| Download | Exports the selected contacts into a downloadable file |
| Delete | Permanently deletes the selected contacts |
Add Tag
Apply tags to a group of contacts to categorize them or prepare them for a campaign.
Example use: Select every contact from the WhatsApp platform and add the "March 2025 Campaign" tag to send them a targeted campaign later.
Remove Tag
Remove tags that no longer apply to a group of contacts.
Example use: After a campaign ends, remove the temporary tag from the group to keep your database clean.
Download
Export only the selected contacts. Great for generating partial reports or sharing segments with your team.
Delete
Irreversible action: Bulk deletion is permanent. Before confirming, double-check that your selection is correct. Deleted contacts cannot be recovered and you'll lose their entire conversation history.
Recommended Flow
Filter first — Use advanced filters to show only the contacts you want to act on
Verify the selection — Review the number of selected contacts before running the action
Run the action — Pick the action you want from the "Actions" menu
Confirm — Verify the result in the contacts list
Pro tip: Combine filters + bulk actions for efficient workflows. For example: filter by "Cold lead" tag → select all → remove the tag → add "Reactivate" to follow up with a new campaign.
