Account

The Account section is your personal space inside Platica. Here you can update how your teammates see you, change your password, and close all your active sessions.


Profile Information

Your profile is the information you show to the rest of the team. To edit any field, click directly on it and save the change.

Profile photoImage that identifies you inside the platform. Accepts PNG or JPG files up to 2 MB. Click "Change" to upload a new image.
Full nameYour name as it will appear in assigned conversations and to the rest of the team.
EmailEmail address associated with your account. Used to sign in and receive notifications.
PhoneContact number with country code (e.g., +52 for Mexico).
Work areaDepartment or role you belong to within the company (e.g., Sales, Support, Tech).

Security

Change Password

To update your password, click "Change password" in the Security section and follow the steps:

  1. Open your email where a password reset link has just been sent.

  2. Enter the new password you want to use.

  3. Re-enter the new password in the confirmation field.

  4. Click "Save" to apply the change.


Active Sessions

Click "Sign out" to disconnect from every device at once.
